I havenu2019t even been here yet, Iu2019m 22 years old who wears a prosthetic. Believe it or not anyone who is reading this. I havenu2019t had insurance for 3 years now. Iu2019m disabled and I am eligible and in my personal opinion I think deserving of some health coverage. I cannot work otherwise I wouldu2019ve paid for insurance by now. I call and I call and I call and I call number after number after number. And for years because social services is so concerned about u201cpaying outu201d have been giving me the run around. I havenu2019t tried this office yet but by the reviews and personal experience it looks like another waste of time to me. If anyone reads this plz give me any type of suggestion Iu2019m lost and I feel as if I have been discarded by the system. The only reason Iu2019m able to type this is because I have a loving mother who takes care of me.

Terrible service. I have been calling for 1 month at different days/times and still no answer. Online services are not available to make an appointment. Ohhh, but the staff of gate blames Covid. I went in person and complained and the response was keep trying on the phone and make your appointment. I called outside the building and checked that I was online for more than 30 minutes... ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21

My mom passed away in January because of that they paused my brother's disability benefits. I had an appointment on February 3rd to become my brother's new payee where I was told I should receive an answer within the next 21 days, if not call back. I have been trying to contact someone in the office for the last 3 days and cannot seem to get anyone on the phone. After just losing our mother it's even more stressful trying to make ends meet on my income alone. This is really disappointing.

No one answers the phone to make an appointment. Called the flagler office they answered twice but told me I have to make an appointment for this office because of my zip code. They gave me two different numbers for this office and no one answers. I have been calling nonstop for over an hour only to be told to call back later. Will email the ssa to make a complaint. Please everyone do the same until they answer their phones. There is no way to make an appointment if no one answers!

I have been trying to reach a representative for the past three days on multiple occasions. After waiting for 20-25 minutes each time, the recording hangs up on me. The bank closed my mother's account so I am not getting her check, and I never received her April check. I have been dealing with her records since October and NO ONE can help me.

Iu2019ve been calling for weeks, and no one ever answers. I was recently married and Iu2019m trying to change my last name. Without being able to speak to someone, I donu2019t feel comfortable mailing in my passport or marriage certificate. This is quite disappointing.

Spoke to a representative before mailing in my application and documents to this office to be sure I sent the right thing. He said it was fine and I got a letter back saying that I didnu2019t provide name or age even tho they are both highlighted on the medical records. Still trying to get a SS card replacement since august 2021nnUpdate: 2/28/2022nI havenu2019t been able to get anyone on the phone. The longest call, I waited for 2 hours and not a single person answered. 3 out of the 11 times that I called a representative picked up the call and muted themselves and just waited till I got tired of no response and hung up.
I have been trying to contact someone for an appointment and no one answer. We are in 2022, people should be able to make an appointment online!!!!!!

worst customer services, they don't answer calls, they don't see people un less have a appt. How I can resolve my issue if I don't have any communication? Been waiting since NOv for a respond...
    Richard Bonett
The is the worse customer service I've ever experienced! I spoke to an unprofessional man by the name of Mr. Rivas. He refused to give me his full name. This man would not allow me to speak, was combative, and argumentative. They clearly don't care about customer service, and by his behavior they don't monitor these calls. He refused to help me, and terminated the call. Our tax dollars at work.

The security staff is really awful ud83dude16... There is a guy call Molinedo that is really disrespectful and rudeud83dude2a... I hope you take care of that situation, because a lot of people are unhappy with the treatment...

Security officers, if you can even call them such, are beyond rude and unhelpful. They lack human courtesy and weu2019re doing unprofessional!!nPhones are not answered at all even during office hours.
Spoke to a very polite and helpful agent. Thought I needed to make an appointment but he was able to solve my problem over the phone instead. Very positive experience!

Why is this place still running? Not one person here wants to work and they NEVER answer the phone. Fire everyone and hire people who really care about helping their own people.

I donu2019t understand how it says theyu2019re closed when itu2019s literally 9:20 am. Also when Iu2019m trying to call them to make an appointment to get a replacement social security card. They donu2019t answer!!! I only hear the answering machine. And I canu2019t come in person because Iu2019ve read the bad reviews on the wait time by not setting up an appointment. This is the closest social security office I can find that is open, mind you I have no car and I live in Dadeland to take a metro train and 2 buses to get there

Showed up at 2:30pm and facility was closed. But sign says 4:00pm. Asked to speak to supervisor and was denied
This office don't answer the phone and they take your information and don't submit . And then they have others who supposedly make appointments for you but NO ONE ever calls back !

Very poor service. I had an appointment on Monday, May 17th at 10:30 am. I arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule. This appointment was made by a SS agent by the name of Rivas. My documents needed to be given to a Mr. Rivera. I approach the security guard at the door and explained to him that I need to turn over my documents to him to be given to Mr. Rivera. He looks over his paperwork and proceeds to tell me that my name is not listed to turn over any documents. I tell him that's very important to have these documents turned over. The security guard tells me to keep calling the number listed. I tell him that no one has answered the number in over 3 days. He looked at me like I was not even there. I said can I just give you my documents and he flat out stated that I need to have an appointment to do that. I tell him again that a Mr. Rivas made my appointment to that exactly. The security guard tells me that he does not have time to deal with me. He made no effort to even go inside and see if either Mr. Rivas or Mr. Rivera were inside. Verypiss poor attitude and service.

I've been waiting for months to get an appointment to get my SSN. Phone agents are not helpful at all.

They take for ever to call you and to call the numbers there are not enough parking or enough seats inside and people have stand against walls and in the way of people it gets way to crowded they should find a bigger building of donu2019t have that many people at the same time when not all the attending boxes are open.
    Kiara Torres
Really bad service, the security guard at the door is so rude , doesnu2019t even try to explain himself doesnu2019t give us any basic information. And treat all of us really bad . My brother had an appointment and at the time we were crossing the door he didnu2019t even told me I wasnu2019t able to get in, he just try to put his hand like pushing me away . Instead of just telling me u201c Iu2019m sorry you can not get inu201d or something like that . How tf do I know if I can get in or not

They stole my passport. I sent it as a form of identification and it was never returned to me. Now I have to worry about someone identity theft, fraud, etc
I scheduled the appointment 2 months ago, when I arrived to the building the officer in the door was so rude and aggressive person with man and some people there, I needed information and asked him something but the guy closed the door in my face, This officer should not attend the public.nnSeptember 15th, 2021 @ 9am

That was a terrible customer service. After a long wait I was connected to an agent. Right from the beginning he started shouting at me. I asked him not to shout at me but he did not seem to stop. I asked him to give his name and connect me with the other agent. He just hang up on me. I really hope that this call was recorded because this type of customer treatment is totally unacceptable. And I really hope that the supervisor/ manager will take action to insure this won't happen to other customers.

This office continues to be closed. I lost my childu2019s social security card and to get a replacement is a real pain in the a** because I donu2019t know her social and these employees just donu2019t want to work. You call the main number and thereu2019s never an answer. These government workers are a Waste of tax payers money.

I arrived at 08h50, found parking and joined a queue of about 50 people. Moving forward, 10 people at a time to clear security was the slowest experience I had during my visit and that still only took 5-7 minutes! Once inside we were seated in rows, no numbers, ushers/attendants to place people at the windows. Once the windows opened at 09h00 the line moved fast. I was called up, shown to a window and served by a very polite friendly lady. I was out of the office by 09h10. That's pretty impressive!

This is a joke !n3 days calling here no one answers !!!!!nOnly with appointments and cannot make one u2026nnAnswer the phone !!!!!!!!!!

I was there to request a corrected social security card due to a married name change. The process was surprisingly easy. The clerk was nice and respectful. The only thing I didnu2019t like was having to wait outside for 15 minutes to get through security. However, if you go early enough then you can get out early depending on what youu2019re getting done. Only took me an hour.
