Ok, so I understand that government workers normally are overworked and underpaid, and that's sad, but to sit on hold for an hour to then have a completely unhelpful representative answer the phone is just a terrible representation. I called in for information and the rep asked me a question I couldn't answer and i asked him to just hold on for one sec and i will get the answer and he disconnected the phone cal. so now I have to wait another hour on the phone to get another representative. Don't the have managers who monitor these calls and supervise. I will never understand why people in this country are lazy as heck. if you don't enjoy helping people then WHY DID YOU APPLY AND TAKE THIS JOB????? I think people need to get it together and stop being so ignorant , rude and disrespectful to others and the manager that are supposed to be supervising and training these employees need to be replaced. shame shame shame shame.

I called to make an appointment for in-person an the lady who to my called had an attitude like I was bothering her. I didn't like her attitude and how she respond to my questions. I told her I didn't like her attitude and proceed to hang up the phone. Customer service needs training especially this woman. This happen 1/25/22 at 12:38pm Tuesday.

Incredible worst place ever. Disorganized place with stupid security. Thanks to our government and here we all can see just wasting taxpayer money. I never see more lazy people as employees. On other hand latino people as visitors make this place even worse. Really stupid and loud community. I hope that I will never need come to this place again in my entire life. Once again u201cthanks to our governmentu201d !!!

If I could give zero stars I would. They have been closed since Covid started two years ago and it is March 2022. Why they are still closed I donu2019t know they have always been behind glass so why they are still closed for walk-in. Oh, you have to make an appointment. No one is answering the phone. I have been calling since last Thursday nothing. Today I have been calling since they opened at 9 am over 40 calls and nothing. I went to this location and told them Iu2019m just trying to make an appointment so I can get documents so I can work. I was told I canu2019t help you, you have to call this number. I showed the guy I have called over 40 times and he did not care. What kind of service is this. The government wonu2019t people to work but is not helping people get the documents so they can work. This place is the worst.

This office has the absolute worst customer service. Although it is closed. When you call you get the staff from the office. I called over 24 times for a major issue that I'm having. As Ms. La Rosa has answered several times. She gave me false information, lied, and provided false expectations. I have been going back and forth with this office for believe or not almost 2 years. They have hanged up on my face. They have absolutely no empathy. They need customer service training. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I hope all calls are recorded.

Calling the U.S. Social Security Administration office now is terrible. There is no option to come in person to the office anymore, the staff are answering the phone from home and their children are making noise in the background. It is a long wait time to get someone on the phone and when you finally get a hold of someone, they rush you off the phone and or they will hang up the phone on you. Bad business, especially for a federal agency that the public highly rely on.

I am calling since 9/25/21 and one day I got one human on 9/26 and told me to fax the application which I did (9/26) and waiting for their call back for appointment as of today. I am calling them everyday sine 9/26 what a service. It wants you to give a feed back on line. I did, guess what they replied me with instructions how TO MAKE A CALL. So sad this is our country .

Iu2019ve been calling for weeks in attempts to schedule an appointment and I only receive a message stating the office is closed to call back Monday. I understand that everyone is now working from home, itu2019s seems like no one is picking up calls. I call other regions and have no issues reaching their people.

Been trying to reach someone for weeks when no one picks up they just hang up, its clear that there is no accountability for how bad there service is or no existence service there is, but its the federal government why would there be accountability anywhere. Lets' Go Brandon!!!!

They're dropping your phone calls intentionally. Staff are very rude and not helpful. This office is the worse SSA local field office in Miami Dade County.
    Aleksandr Revin
It does not follow a schedule. I arrived at 3pm but it closed.
    Jeniffer Miranda
You answer and hang up the phone!!! can I have an appointment????
    Tim Ananiadis
Walk in very good and courteous encounters with all employees in the facility. Clean and organized. Only improvement I would suggest is to improve the announcement system. Needs to be of better quality. Most older persons may have hard time hearing it.

Amazing servicenQuick reminder if you need like a social security card you have to mail in your documents with an ss5 application and they do not take passport ID card only original documents

I think there are good and bad, people working here, professional and unprofessional,my first visit was left a bad feelings with me all day after my first visit, but I a year later and was met with a very professional agent, who explain everything to me,and ask me the questions, that that is need and not those unnecessary ones the let it seems like you are been integrated, but I do this a lot of the y younger one need a lot of training, they are too lax in doing their job,

The service is horrible and I had to release personal information about my private life to get benefits which was super embarrassing and I had a very hard time trying to get benefits. One time a woman who was mentally insane was trying to get benefits and she didn't want to wait for her turn and she kinda freaked me out. I know that the Social Security Administration does not want to deal with people who are mentally insane trying to get benefits from the government and I know that the government does not want to do this but they have to. Sometimes the government is never the solution; the government is the problem.

The service is horrible. I had an appointment, and I saw others without appointments go right in before me. The person who took care of me at the end was friendly and helpful, but theofficersat the entrance are useless to help and have a superiority complex. Not friendly and act like if they were supervising a penitentiary.

Terrible experience. It is a real discrimination. There are only African American employees and they are serving carefully African Americans. If you are a white old woman, American citizen, you will be waiting in different lines for hours and finally they will tell you to go to another office.

The worst of all All the terrible Social Security offices

Before you Judge any Employee or any Office, look at yourself and ask yourself, Do I have all the documents I need? Do I have an appointment? Did I met all my reporting responsibilities, etc. Smile :) live is great,,and Thank GOD all the good benefits we have in this great country. Look at your country first, and look at the third world countries. Do they have a beautiful SSA Office like you do here......Think before you open your mouth.

well, the agents are rather unfriendly, however I went in March to submit a name change for my SSN and they said I should receive a new one in 2 weeks via mail.nnI did get a receipt of the transaction, However it is now June and nothing as arrived.nnNow I am Social Security less.nBack to square one.nIm just not sure what went wrong there. :(

This is the worst unorganized office I've ever had to deal with. The employees are rude and half look up information. You have to wait a month for returned phone calls. If you ask to speak with a manager you get hung up on. I would never recommend this office not even to my enemies.
    Nathalie Mendez
Iu2019ve come here twice and every time. Itu2019s super fast & simple process. Plenty of ample parking with is great! Compared to a lot of other miami Social Security places.

This place is the worst. From the security guard to the representatives, they are rude and unorganized. They are lazy and call the same number over and over before moving on to the next number. It takes them 30 minutes to call the next number knowing the same number they've been calling isn't here. Ugghh! They have only one person for social security cards. Management needs to do something about this.
    Alexandra Parisi
I wish I could rate it ZERO stars because the security guards are extremely rude and have poor poor attitudes. They think that's incentive they are in a uniform they own the Place. Guess what, YOU DONT!!!!! LMFAO, one if the security guards THREATENED another person just trying to wait and all... I refuse to come back to this location .I will move if I have to move just to go to another location
    Charles-Andru00e9 Dotte
Very bad!!!!! ....about lost of time!... 3 to 4 hours, only to give some documents!nIt's not the fault of employees or security guards, but when come in, nobody can help you!nYou have to choose on a computer why you are here, and.....if you can't give the right answer!..... you wait and wait and wait!nCAN YOU NOT ADD RECEPTIONISTS TO EXPLAIN US, WHAT WE HAVE TO DO AND TO GO??????nIf you make a mistake with your first ticket number,(because you don't know) you will wait HOURS AND NOBODY WILL HELLP YOU IF YOU DON'T REACT!nBut TKS ANYWAY!!!.....nnjust add a physical person to help us!!!!!
    Nancy Toussaint
I got serve by Laura Francois in window 5, she is the worst person I ever done business with. Zero customer service, rude, no people skills at all. Stay away from her when you go there. Her stink attitude will break your heart. The start is for the place not the service.
    Ramona Lubin Hunter
Worst customer service. They treat people who just need help because they are I'll or need help cause their love ones are I'll like criminals asking for sympathy. Its frustrating and sad.
