I have to say, by looking at the reviews, I was skeptical about my experience at this office. But from the moment I walked in, everyone including the security personnel was friendly. I was helped by Mrs. Roman who went above and beyond to take care of my needs. I have absolutely no complaints. Being a former employee at the bank has shown me the importance of customer service. This place has that.

Racist people working here who are collecting a check and not helping the disabled. Very discriminative workers. no good people working for this office. Just shows where our country is headed. Such a disgrace how these people sit at home and donu2019t work not one office opened due to Covid while the rest of the country is working. These workers are so rude they get disrespectful on the phone constantly put people on hold and just hang up the phone. They really need better workers for American because this ainu2019t it.

Tried calling to get an appointment for something that according to the social security website must be done in person. Phone system eventually leaves you hanging. Hanging as in no tone, no hold cue, just static. Then called the number listed on the social security.gov website for making appointments and was told by the person on the phone that I need to call the office number.nnIf this wasnu2019t time sensitive it would almost be humorous

Very thankful for their patience with my hearing disability. Hours say they open at 9am but people are in line by 8am. I was there a little after 8 and the line started moving at 8:40am but didnu2019t get into sign up til 9am then waited an hour to be seen. All done by 11am.

The worst customer service. I call today and the lady who answered the phone was very mean and rude. If you dont like customer service dont work there!!

I had a wonderful experience with the staff here. The security guy, Mr. Gabriel was on top his game, very efficient at multitasking and the interviewers were so accommodating and sweet. Thank you Ms. Vil and Mr. Alvarado...ud83dude4fud83cudffe

I had a great experience at this office. I was a bit skeptical about going to this location because of all the negative reviews, but I needed to solve my situation ASAP and decided to go, I checked in at 9:16, I was done by 10:10. The person at window 19 was very polite and very quick!!! I'm so glad I got her, I noticed everyone that was coming out of her window were processed rather quickly. I'm sorry to say that the parking indeed is a big problem at this location. I saw 2 cars get towed the short time I was out there waiting for my ride.

This place was pure trash! Small, crowded, smelly and filthy. Don't go here if you can go to ANY other SS office. Nothing could possibly be worse! They also have no parking. All street parking is in a scary neighborhood. The nearby parking lots do not belong to them so be warned: They WILL TOW your car away. I've seen it happen twice in two visits. Horrible place. Again: Don't Go! The 5-star ratings were obviously from the employees trying to save their jobs. Employees I dealt with were not friendly and were misinformed on the law. I drove to Broward County office for excellent service and my issue was resolved quickly and courteously proving the Miami office had no idea what they were talking about.

This place is absolutely the worst I have had to deal with, I absolutely hate I mean I hate this building and staff they really need to fire the whole staff, I wish I was able to rate with no star bc my one was is one too many this place is horrible at everything. The parking, there is none but you expect to give someone an appointment and park their vehicle here unknowingly they will be towed away. There is a total of (2) parking spaces right in front of the building. The staff is rude. The security are the only nice people there. So I take my 1 star u2b50ufe0f back they get (ZERO) rating minus (ZERO) hate it

I've been there just once and I hope never go again. There is a surliness lady, that acts like if she were vital for this place, and treats you like if you are dumb. However, there is NO PARKING space, and my car was towed away two blocks from the SSA, from a place ( not clean) and where other car was also parked. People visit the place to find a solution to the problems, not to find more.

DO NOT visit this office unless you enjoys being belittled by both the staff & the security. (the taller security) he walks around and harass people an acts as though he is a police officer. The employees are VERY disrespectful. O an be careful they also tow cars, so donu2019t park in the empty lot in front the building because you will be towed at your expense.

The staff deserves these 5 stars. They were courteous, nice and did their job with professionalism. Ms A. Ford did everything she could to give me the best and most accurate information and was so concerned providing me a translator. Blessings to all the staff and their good job!

If I would have been able to put a negative grade, I would have done so. I have already come to this office twice with my U.S. born and therefore U.S. citizen children to obtain the social security they are entitled by law to get and for the second time I had to leve the office empty handed after waiting for over three hours. My experience was awful nd my kids were denied of a basic right. This is absolutely appalling.

This place has the worst customer service ever. All they tell you is wait till your number is called and then after that wait till your name is called. Waited, waited and still havenu2019t had my name been called. You asked them how long I have to wait to be called. You just have to wait till you name is called that what the employee keep telling me. My named was never called. Please be ready to wait all day if you come here.

The worst experience in my life, When I arrived I asked what I need to tane my social, abd the guard just told me take a ticket and wait. I was waiting for more than 2 hours, and when they finally called me the guy said you need a couple of papers and fill this form. Omg to much time for a form. And then I need to come back and wait more time with rude people.

Zero star. From the security officers to the reps at the window. My last time at this office. They called me to the window just to tell me to have a seat someone will call me, i was called by name after 1 hr of sitting, tried to obtained benefits they didnt even have an answer but ask me to come back, they set an appt for me the next day when i got there i waited 2 hrs!!!!! Their mission is to only waste our time. I will not return to this office.

They need to fire everyone here including the security guard that are rude to customer. I never see anything like this. This place has the worst customer ever. I wished there was a zero star. Please Google be the first to create a zero star for ratings purpose. So users can use for places like this.

It would have to be ZERO stars. Terrible service, you can spend all your life in this office and you won't get what you need. People is noisy, security officers treat customers as they are in a Military Camp and THERE IS NOWHERE TO PARK. NEVER RECOMMENDED.
