The rep is rude and had no knowledge of my account or application. They denied my claim simply because of their lack of knowledge. This is so disheartening and I have never been treated so rudely on a phone call in my life

No response. When you reach them they put you off then keep the line busy.

Was waiting for a whole hour for an answer and was hung up on when the call finally went through

Absolute joke! They say they want to prevent fraud but the only way to do a simple name change after marriage is to leave all of your personal information in a drop box or mail it all inu2026. Prevent fraud? Most fraudulent agency ive ever encountered.

Need to speak to a representative at this location and all I am getting is an off-hook tone. I have been trying to speak to someone for weeks.

I understand that the office is closed, however trying to talk to someone for super important informatio has been so bad! every person that I talk to seems not to care much about their job ( which is in reality to serve the public in a clear manner). I just spoke with a gentleman that speaks so unclearly ( I am a foreigner and speak much better than this person). He is sloppy , unclear and seems bored. Any employee of the goberment must help . They are lucky they have a job, yet I won't use this facility anymore....what a real shame......CAN't get the help that a citizen has the right to have. SHAME SHAME

It doesn't serve the disabled the way that it should with amenities for the disabled. They make you stand and wait long periods of time with no care as to what chronic condition you may have. Its absurd and all of the offices need to be updated with amenities that fit the customers they serve. Better customer service can be applied at well with the correct proper training. Some representatives are very rude and disrespectful speaking to customers as if they are they're parents. Its unprofessional and unethical. Please please do better and take this as a heads up on what's really going on in these establishments.

Came in to see if they could give us information on my husbands social security card. We applied 3 weeks before and still haven't gotten it. The woman at the window had a blank stare the whole time we were asking about it. She didn't know anything. I asked her, are you able to tell whether or not its even in the system, is it being processed, ANYTHING? She just looked at us and was like no we have no way of doing that. Sooooo, do we just not get a card?! We just left because I don't think she was even in the same world as us, just stared at us.

Rude and disrespectful person I had the awful pleasure of talking to today. She acted as if though she was doing me a favor by waiting on me. Reluctant to provide the necessary information. I had to ask every single question. If I didn't ask it was not being volunteered. Not helpful at all. No information was forthrightly given. Very bad service.

At an appointment Ms Spencer, she informed us that my daughter would receive her benefits within 3-5 days. After those days expired, the main office notified us that Ms Spencer never completed our case and there were never any payments issued. We contacted the local office who then told me that they could not give out Spencers supervisor's ext. And that Ms Spencer is busy and it could take 2wks for this agent to complete the case. How is it that any supervisor's ext can't be given out to resolve an issue? Very unprofessional service, this leads me to believe that they have little concern for the clients.

There was not enough paper work given, information that was needed, like the $$ amount a person receive on a month to month retirement benefits. Helpful personal at the entrance, appointment is helpful in time spent there.

Make sure you call ahead the day before you go to make a appointment. They are not accepting walk-ins.
