Words can not express the level of ignorance going on at this location. I have called twice already, and both times I have experienced very rude customer service. I already know that I am walking on eggshells when it comes to dealing with employees at Social Security, you never know what you're going to get. Geez! The first lady sounded like she was half asleep, asked me for my social and then hung up. I called back and the next operator had NO CLUE how to assist me. Why is this happening? This makes NO SENSE! My goodness. I lost my job due to Covid-19 back in March. IF someone from this office reads this, and you are hiring. Please Contact Me! I would love to work from home; I have a nice comfy office. I also have a college education. There are so many of us who are WILLING and HAPPY to work. THIS IS SHAMEFUL! Comfy Home Office...

The Worst ever. These people do not even understand what they are doing!!nnThey called me to give me an appointment. When I went for it, they said we do not find your name and the agent who replied to me was just so RUDE that he hanged up on me in the middle of my call.nnI am aware of the bad reputation of SSA, but what kind of new low is this?

Everyone else is open except the social security administration office. They say in person is only by appointment but when you call to make an appointment, they tell you your case is not Urgent.

Long wait time. Security guard giving directions as to sign in. Nothing is really clearly spelled out here. Experience counts here.nElectronic board gives you heads up to the next person up and where to go. Very impersonalnAfter an hour and a half I go back give my info with no explanation as to what's going to be done with it. I have to ask. The office in Kansas has not been given my info yet! It's been almost a month.

The is waiting area is very compressed and there are only one or two windows of service open in the waiting area that causes a longer than normal wait time in a facility thats small as this office. I've been to other SS. Administration office's in the Cleveland area and this is the worst and slowest of them all.
