I needed my social security card asap called this office & the lady who answered the phone was so helpful & gave me an appointment right away and I received my card in the mail 4 days later. Could not have asked for better customer service! Great experience.

Iu2019m extremely disappointed with the entire process of getting duplicate social security cards for my children. I call to get an appointment and was given the completely incorrect information so I had to call back to start the process all over again. I mail in the requested documents via UPS 2 day air. They received the package the next business day and for whatever reason only processed one childu2019s application. My other childu2019s application was held for a week before being processed and I still havenu2019t received back the documents sent in to have his application processed. And that includes my driveru2019s license and his school documents in order for me to get them enrolled into school here since we have moved from Florida. If something happens to me, I have no identification. Three weeks later and still waiting

My experience with the employees at this location was nothing other than a disorganized, inconvenient mess. They were incompetent, rude, and clearly in a rush to go home. They did not care to do their jobs and they created obstacles so that they would not have to. This is the most ghetto social security office. Would not recommend.

Great customer service! On time for my appointment. I was in and out less than 5 min.

I go to this office a lot and I noticed two years ago that someone was receiving disability in my name and the people at the office knew about it but kept saying that I didn't have a application on file for it. I submitted a name change and the person Sunshine Foster still obtained my information to file for benefits. Now that I have a child I don't want her to experience identity theft because people can benefit from our identity and not their own. And since I can prove it it's not much that can done unless another name change or to apply for benefits my.

The officers here are understanding, professional and efficient. By comparison to the officers in NYC, these folks are angels! Whereas, some of the applicants/guests there may be self-centered, aggressive and rude.
