The staff were very helpful, security gaurd directed me to the right direction, I got my number, filled out my application, and waited for about 5 minutes and was called to a window they requested my state I.D. and in about 2 minutes was given a receipt and left. Overall a brief and painless experience.

Information regarding deceased spouse benefits vs receiving my benefits was incorrect. I was given the right information by calling the 1800 number. Following the information they gave me would have been a lost in benefit money. I am not sure if I would use this office in the future.

Make sure you call, because the hours aren't updated at all! After getting the run around on which documents are acceptable, every office closes at noon. What kind of office is only open for three hours on a weekday?
