I was recentlyassistedby the rudest representative of a government agency that I have ever been in contact with. Apart from providing information that contradicts another representative from the same office MS.TOBIAS proceeded to rudely interrupt me and make snarky comments while I attempted to explain the simple service that I required. Representatives should have more patience when assisting the public and doing their job.
