Never answer the phone. But can't walk-in unless you have an appointment, can only make an appointment over the phone. If they don't answer the phone how do they expect me to make an appointment. Makes no sense, maybe you should just open your doors like every other business has by now. No need for staying closed anymore except pure laziness.

I had a shift for a month before and the person who was attending did not even want to open the door for me. they ignored him. very bad job ud83eudd2e

The u201cemployeesu201d are very rude and donu2019t know how to do their job. Always have attitudes and always hanging up on people trying to sort things out when they do answer the phone. Itu2019s hard enough to get them on the phone let alone keeping them on the phone since they have attitudes, rude and then hang up on you for no reason. Iu2019ve called left voicemails with no success to a call back. This is pitiful. I guess this is why they require a letter showing disability to even work for them so they can blame their unprofessionalism on their u201cdisabilityu201d.

Posted hours are wrong. They are closed each Wednesday afternoon, at least that what the security guard informed my wife and I after we drive 30 minutes to discuss retirement benefits. Wasted the best part of an afternoon.

Very unprofessional atmosphere. The hours that are posted on the website are incorrect, it says 3:30 p.m. each day but they actually close at 4 p.m. (per staff). As the other reviewer mentioned they close at noon on Wednesday. Took off work to be serviced, my number was skipped over, when I told one of the workers I was greeted with a nasty attitude.
