Very unprofessional! The hold times are long and then they pick up the phones and don't say anything until the phone disconnects. Good customer service is hard to get these days. Get a new staff since the ones currently occupying this office don't want to do their jobs. Pitiful!

This is the most unprofessional, incompetent place I've ever dealt with...I submitted an SS-5 form twice , along with my actual drivers license and birth certificate .Your documents you send are to verify the info is correct, they are not dotting their i's nor crossing their t's to verify anything, IRS rejected my tax return because SOCIAL SECURITY still isn't updating your date of birth...The 2nd time I sent the form and I included on a blank sheet of paper and made them aware to update my date of birth. They still haven't followed proper security protocols to verify anything. During their 35.5 hours a week worked ,they're working based on their subpar pay grade that they receive..Please do an audit !

I went to work on disability at a temporary service.they said I'm able to work and cut me off after combining random income statements.your past don't effect your futurenThe Ticket to work is a way for them to say you able to work.Ssi has so many holes in their system.you can call a rep.they change your payee without investigating who called on the phone?they working from home.letting people use your stolen information to use it against you.you called and ask? Where's my check.they say someone changed your payee?

I had to go there for some paperwork that I had received through the mail and filled out. I was there for about 20 - 30 minutes and everything was taken care of. I was told to go to this SSA instead of the other 2 and I'm glad I was referred here. I was very happy with the way things were handled and the quick service. If I have anything else that needs taken care of through them I will gladly go back to this SSA.

This office review was not good, so I went to MS office. They are great, but MS office told me I had to go to Memphis office, because of my address.nI don't know why this office has only 3.9 stars.nFirst of all, the location is great. Only a few blocks away from the freeway. The second, the security is very friendly and very helpful. The third, three persons helped me and all are very nice and very professional. My issue was not solved for five months, but everything were solved in an hour.nThis office is the best. If I can, I want to give ten starts.nThank you all who helped me.

My first time going. It was not so bad. I had to wait for maybe 45 minutes and then they called me back, sat me at a computer and helped me when I had a question. I'm sure they are overworked and understaffed. They were nice to me.

Whoever said this place has efficiency is telling a lie. I sat in that office almost 3 hours on more than one occasion. Only to be told to have a seat back in the waiting area and wait again. They will overlook or not call your number so please pay attentionton.If ai hadn't been looking at the log they wouldn't have called my number or name. I dread that place alot. We have disabilities and if your in pain you have to sit it out.
