I did the math today, hi, Pj an Ezmart Clerk from Granbury texas here, would like to make this known to whichever worker reads the reviews on google. I make 8.65 an hour in the face of one of the most infectious diseases of the past few years. I would have to work 88 hours, with overtime and only if I was taxed for the first 40 hours of labor to make 900 dollars a week, the same 900 dollars a week the average citizen on unemployment would make. I was promised a raise, I am not offered sterile ppe and I was promised something else that has yet to be fulfilled. This is what's upsetting the working class, not the poor, not the middle. But the greedy corporations that feed the 1% and their coffers.

Upon a referral to The Securities And Benefits Administration in Dallas, Texas, from my Senator via Washington D.C. after Lyondell/Bassel in Beaumont, Texas denied 3 1/2 years of long term benefits after short term disability was paid for 6 mo. I was not released to continue employment by 4 Physicians, while Concentra Health Care Management for Lyondell/Bassel denied any knowledge of my not being released to go back to work, leaving my Family with no income for 3 1/2 years. I was about to give up trying to acquire health insurance benefits, paid for 18+ years via the Corp. I was contacted by Keyashia Barkins from The SB Administartion, that investigated my case and found that I was indeed qualified for benefits and back pay for 4 years. She said what they did was wrong, and went to Lyondell/Bassel Headquarters in Houston, Texas of which they claimed to be unaware of the incident from the local Chemical Plant level in Beaumont, Texas. This local deception was corrected, Concentra Health Care Management was fired from the Corporation, and the culprits were dismissed also. This qualification for disability insurance benefits then qualified me for Social Security Disability with back pay. The actions Ms. Barkins took gave me back faith in the system that should have never been abused, by enacted legislation allowing the denials by companies and 3rd party management firms. Hopefully we will always have The U.S. Department Of Labor, Securities and Benefits Administration, to protect intentional abuses to employees. I can't thank Ms. Barkins enough for her brilliant professionalism.

Dallas is a at will state meaning a job site could let you go for nothing no reason. So filling for unemployment is like a joke it should be against the law for ppl to use slander against someone just to get them fired. Dallas does not value the hard working honest ppl im def not staying here long first chance ill be very happy to leave this state terrible.

Did not know in Texas if you work 12 to 15 hrs a day it's not required that you take a meal break or break even. Jobs are getting over on ppl and kids that work for them I know of a couple places ...Texas is unethical for this. Worst thing I ever heard. Overwork you then send you home...then come back within 6hrs. Wow gotta get out of Texas with no Break Labor Law.
