I finally got approved but they are very rude.. I called to ask a question and the question was how come I wasn't notified that you paid a lawyer that I didn't use almost $2,000 of my money... I got a letter stating that they paid my lawyer a little over $2,000 but they paid two lawyers... The lady said well they don't have to tell you anything about the payment... I'm like wow... Then they space your lumpsome payments six months apart....wow...

They were nice and the process was fairly quick the first couple of visits. As they continued to make mistakes and were unable to do a very simple things such as update my direct deposit information they became increasingly rude to the point of disrespectful and started being dishonest and misleading directly to my face. Totally unacceptable behavior.

They don't help you at all. They just tell you to call back tomorrow cause they dont want to accept the responsibility they was hired to do. They need better employees

This is the worst because I had to stand in line for a hour just to let them know what kind of service I need which was a change of address. Usally you walk in get a # seat down and wait to be call to the window for services. I feel making disables people stand is inhuman. This is cruel
