Who is hiring these people? They donu2019t answer the call. I kept calling then they route it to downtown office. Thankfully they did answer but come to find out I canu2019t make an appointment because appointment location depends on where I live. So I have to make an appointment with this location. BUT NO ONE ANSWERS THE CALL! How can I make an appointment!

They never answer the phone in order to make an appointment...and can you set one up online? No. Why? Who knows? So you send them all relevant information only to get back some of the documents you sent and a letter with a vague explanation as to why they couldn't do their job. No appointment set up, no call, no nothing. You just have to keep calling, and calling, and calling, and calling until maybe someone will pick up.

Just rude. Hope they open soon. It has never been so hard to get a ss card. They don't bother to send some documents back. Rude when you talk on phone. So glad she it opens up.

Nicest most helpful people! Even though they're extremely busy, they're still very kind and pleasant, and I truly appreciate them!
