I had a terrible and demeaning experience at this office. The woman at window 1 said I was wrong about everything I told her. I felt stupid and lazy. She put me down and then very condescendingly said thank you. She made what should have been a positive change in my life a defeating one. I donu2019t think she should work with people.

The lady I dealt with the first time was very condescending and rude.nAnd I really wish they were a bit easier to get a hold of, I've been trying to contact them through their site, and phone lines for the past four days and no one has been available. And I couldn't find an e-mail for them to save my life. If anyone has an e-mail address for them it would be greatly appreciated.
