The security guard A. Lawrence is very rude, Iu2019d really like to know where to report these people. I call and spoke with someone on the phone who told me to come to the office at 3pm on 3/22 to pick up a SSN verification letter. I drag my baby out in the cold and rain to go obtain this letter only to be greeted at the door by Mr Lawrence, u201c do you have an appointment, i donu2019t see your name on the listu201d. He didnu2019t even care to find out who told me to come in. And turned around laughed in my face after I was on the phone trying to file a complaint about them, u201c Good luck with your callu201d. This how you get treated after working and paying taxes. I was on the phone trying to get in touch with someone after all that for more than 2 hours and still no response.

Rude security officer, After I explained that I needed to make an appointment, he pointed at the phone number I should call because I could I could not do it in person. I called the number and waited 47 minutes the 1st me, was disconnected after 8 minutes the 2nd time, waited 30 minutes the 3rd time, only to be disconnected again. I am still waiting for the replacement of my SS card (my name was misspelled) on my previous card.nThat branch is a hot mess... I am giving up...

Are you able to make any appointment for a replacement card at this specific office? Card is needed for housing services asap. The rating is toward the 800 number customer service agent that I had in particular. Very rude and never answered my questions. Never dealt with this particular office or its personnel yet.

They are great how can I make an apt too get in too get my son replacement social security card and me too

Very, very slow. They called all numbers except the Q numbers which were basically for copies of income verification. Why doesn't the government automatically send those letters out each month or extend the time they can be used or accepted. Afterall, most people receiving these services are disabled.

Always helpful, always crowded. Just a tip to the wise, try to go mid-month if possible. Also avoid Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. Those are the busiest times and days.

This has to be the WORST social security office in the state of HELL. The security officers are mean and rude and the wait line is ridiculous. Further information needs to be investigated for misleading people's files.
