Not helpful. Treated me like criminal. I was awarded disability by a judge after three years of appeals. They said they would only give me SSI which they could terminate any time they want to. Yes, they said this to my face. Now won't allow my lawyer to file appeal because they say my information doesn't match theirs. Can you possibly make things any harder for me? Terminated because *no longer eligible*. I'm 64, my husband has dementia, and neither of us can get a job. Filed for disability for him. Denied, denied, denied.

It has been a disaster trying to get this SS office on the phone and I have not been successful yet. Many attempts, all the same result. After a long wait on hold, the call gets disconnected every single time. I called the toll free number for SS and reported this, but they have no solutions. My passport is lost after mailing it to them because that was literally the only option now that the office is STILL CLOSED for in person service, and I need to try to track it down, but can't get anyone on the phone. This is just crazy.

They never pick up their phones. I have to call other locations or headquarters to get actual business done. These people are immune to actually doing their work and inputting (updating) basic information.

I came here without an appointment I didn't wait long about 30-45 minutes. Much to my surprise. I was quick in and out the staff were friendly and courteous. This was a very good office. I didn't find anything wrong with it even the bathroom was clean.

Waited hours to be served even though I saw multiple people who just came into the office get served much sooner than me. I watched way too many people get served before me, and the staff was rude and disrespectful. They are extremely disorganized and many of the staff here doesn't even do their jobs. There was not a lot of people there when I came. It should not have taken near as long as it did if the staff actually did their jobs.
    Unforgettable
I hav made 6 attempts at calling so far over the phone to make an appointment to speak to an agent during business hours and there has been no success. If you go to the actual field office then they have a sign to tell you to do everything over the phone and there will be no staff on duty to handle in person service. This is one of the most horrible experiences Iu2019ve had with customer service.

The system number you call to speak with someone is horrible. I am just trying to make a stupid appointment...The call wait time is 30 minutes to 1 hour and each time someone answers they hang up on me!

difficulties with service and making a appointment, some of them have nasty attitudes when answering phone calls

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced in 22 years of being a federal employee. You can't even get inside a publicly owned federal building. They made each person stand outside in 100 degree temperatures and wait to be served. No shade, no water, and no representative other than a Guard that would call for the next person. I will be filing a grievance with my congressman over this.

I've never had to wait outside more than a few minutes. The only thing that I can suggest is that the employees fet better trained on SSI. I went to talk about my SSI back pay and the young lady at the window had no idea what I was trying to tell her about. Later another lady helped me. But it's been months and it's still not resolved .

I've calling to make an appointment for a week and no one answers. How could this be possible, not even DMV is this bad.

For a government entity, they are highly inefficient with sensitive documentation, they frequently misplace paperwork and claim they never received said paperwork to begin with. (Even the actual Security officers made verbal note of this) They have filthy air filters and a barely functioning AC unit for being located in a desert. They can get it fixed. They are also poorly staffed.nnWhether its incompetency, or mismanagement, the staff needs replacing, training or additional oversight.

Really bad..people have to get there at least at 5:00 A:M. If they want to get out by lunch time..ni try to make an appointment...and they're booked 3 months ahead.. . on top of that...some of the clerks are really rude.
