I canu2019t believe how reckless and unprofessional they are at this office! Stopped my moms benefits bc someone made a mistake on her profile! The only way ( they say) we can get a hold of them is by phone. Every time I ask for supervisor, sheu2019s always on the meeting. They told us to write a letter and mail it to them- we did, they didnu2019t receive it. We faxed it to them- never got it, they say. Thatu2019s been going on for 3 months and they tell me to be patient! Theyu2019re trying to do their best to fix this error. And itu2019s still not fixed! I just canu2019t believe I am dealing with government officialsu2026

Literally worse place ever. I've made 5 different appointments to meet them about my social security card. Everytime they cancel and use the excuse of new strand of covid. I'm sorry I know covid is a serious thing, but the rest of the world is moving. Time to catch up, especially for somthing as important at a social security card. Such a useless place!

Overall my experience was excellent. The security guard was friendly and efficient, and made the people that were waiting feel comfortable and welcomed. The representative was efficient, and showed knowledge of the process as well as grasping the details of the issues my wife and I were having with Social Security. She gave us an accurate estimate of how long it would take to get these issues corrected, and contacted us after everything had been addressed. Overall this was a good experience.

Quick and as helpful staff as possible in what is usually a miserable experience in going to the SS office. I went here to change my name and found the security guard at the front especially friendly helpful. He was interacting with the busy waiting room crowd, and making the inevitable government building wait tolerable and even humorous!
