Terrible customer service.nBad attitudes and all around rude people for the most part.nI've had maybe 1 or 2 good experiences calling this place, besides that, it's been extremy overwhelming and hard to bite my tongue.nAbsolutely stunned with the amount of disrespect. It would not fly with normal face-to-face conversation.nMy advice to most people working here is either find a new job or get your act together.nBlatantly disgusting.nI'm considering pulling a Karen and talking to someone in charge because it's quite gross how these people talk and act.

Consistently great service over the past several years as we moved into retirement. Knowledgeable staff u2014 so helpful. Itu2019s such a relief to get immediate help and answers to questions whenever we call with questions. 5 Stars!

Nearly 3-1/2 years to get disability after two decades of health problems. Initial rejection, appeal and hearing for which they did not schedule sufficient time; so hearing was delayed by a further four months. The volume of medical records alone should have indicated a big screw-up in the initial denials; and the need for more than a 50-minute hearing. Waited over a month to get a phone interview to get benefits started since the first person made no interview appointment. Working for the government means never having to say you're sorry.

I have called them several times to try to work out an issue and only once have I had a person who answered the phone who was nice. Every other than once I have had to deal with people who are very rude and have an attitude.

Rude, uninformed, blatantly lie to you, and just care less about you. Overall should be 0 stars but you have to give at least 1 star.
    Terry Blake
The ladies that answer these calls are rude, will not answer any questions without talking down to you and they talk over you while you are talking. These ladies need a preformance evaluation done on them and retraining for customer service.

Never had a problem in 25 years of service. everyone there is working very hard to help others in need, there should be no complaints.
