My May SSD did not show up in my direct deposit account. I switched banks & last monthnmy check was deposited in my new account. I was surprised when it didn't show up this month. After confirming it wasn't a bank error I called the SS office. I would be on hold for over 20 minutes. After doing this several times I went to the office. The security guard was was super friendly. I met with Jim. Jim was so rude I honestly don't know how SS would tolerate an employee like this. He told me I entered my bank account wrong. I said that was strange since6because it already went there last month. He yells did you get your money last month! Stop worrying about last month. I was simply questioning how could I have entered it wrong if it got there before? Then he said it takes 2 months for things to catchup. Again doesn't answer my question.nI came prepared with everything Jim needed. I mentioned the long hold times & not being able to get an answer. He would not reply. The parking lot had 2 cars in the area visitor's park. They were not busy. Also Jim had a mask pulled down below his lips, seriously either wear or don't!!

    A. You can't go on as it is closed except by appointment.nB. They have a local number that you're supposed to call to set up an appointment, and they don't answer itnC. They suggest you use their online site for most transactions.nC.2. Thank that gods that you only need to put ALL of your personal information online in order to do anything on the sitenD. If it weren't for the fact that it's a government facility, it would be out of business 10 times over

Extremely lazy and rude employees with disgusting attitudes and zero accountability for their behaviors. Beware, your important and sensitive documents and information are not protected, leaving you at high risk for identity theft and they could not care less about you or your identity.
