Unreal rudeness on the phone. A male answered the phone and didn't want to help. Asked him for some information on my disability payments. He said he didn't know. I said I needed to know for an official document. He said he'd have to research. I said I'd wait on the phone, but yes, please GO DO YOUR JOB and get the info I need. He simply didn't want to do his job. He finally took the 97 seconds (I kept eye on the time) that it took to get my info.

This office is awful. Robert Nero is verbally abusive, degrading and controlling. He should not be working with disabled and elderly people. FYI- you do not have to work with the SSDI/SSI office in your area; you can call ANY office and work with them. Avoid dealing with Nero and call a different office.
