Ryan was so helpful in answering my questions clearly and offering useful information. Thank you.nnThis review is regarding my latest dealings with this office. This time I want to personally thank Alex for his help. He was incredibly helpful and showed us how to get what we needed. The conversation was enjoyable on top of that. Five stars again!

Avoid this office. If you can go to another office, do it.nnThe folks at this place made mistakes on my wife's application for a new Social Security card, blamed us, then fixed the mistake on their end without notifying us. Their mistakes delayed the process for nearly 2 months.nnThis was all due to the fact that they didn't bother checking under my wife's new last name that she literally spelled out for them. They tried to gaslight her, telling us she never said the new name and that it was her fault the process was delayed (I heard her spell it on the phone with them). Instead of trying to help us and figure out a solution for the problem, they placed the blame squarely on my wife and proceeded to be rude and condescending. Even if it the fault was on our side (it wasn't), the goal should be to find a solution. Going to this office was like meeting with little kids who are trying to avoid taking blame.nnThese people were not knowledgeable, kind, or helpful in any way. Awful experience. You're better off driving an extra hour to a different location.

No one answers they just hang up on you over and over again after 10-20 minutes. Maybe hire quality people who actually want to help.

I have filed for disability and have been waiting for over a year, how is one supposed to survive without going deeper in debt if they can not access money that has been taken from payroll checks for over 30 years?

This is location is closed and that information should be updated on google, the office door and other places. Extremely inconvenient the lack of information.

I went in last Friday at 3:15 pm and there was one person in front of me. I waited at most 5 minutes. I was in and out in 10 minutes and the person processing my paperwork was friendly and efficient. I did print all my forms and complete them ahead of time which helped.

They went above and beyond helping us resolve an issue in a timely fashion without having to be on hold forever. Even told us we could resolve the issue over the phone without having to come in.

The people over the phone are very disrespectful. I suggests if you like any help visit the office personally, that way you have less chance of dealing with the nonsense and disrespect and if you do get disrespected you can ask for a supervision right then without being given lame excuses.

Trying to get assistance by phone is all but impossible over an hour wait. Positively absurd! They could call back like utility companies do but more government inefficiency!
