Waited over 20 min on hold and then they hung up on me!!!

I requested a call back, it took over an hour to call back. When my phone call was returned, I was on the line for 6 minutes listening to people talk in the background. Someone obviously picked the phone up! I'm so irritated! I'm trying to get information on changing my name, as I just got married. Now if I call back, I'll have to wait over an hour for another phone call! I can't go down there, because they closed at noon today, AND I live an hour away from the nearest office. I am not happy with the Portage, WI call center at all!

Once I got through to a representative I received excellent service -- it was getting through the automated answering process that was terrible. I had to call back twice just to understand how I was to begin the wait time to speak to someone. Crazy, they can't get something as simple, right. Again, kudos to the person that helped me.
