I get it, itu2019s a Monday, itu2019s busy, sure. But if youu2019re having a bad day or dealt with rude customers beforehand, you shouldnu2019t put that energy out on others who are just looking to be assisted. The lady I spoke with didnu2019t share her name but was extremely rude and basically yelled at me for calling on behalf of my dad because he doesnu2019t speak English. Didnu2019t give me any other options and said for my dad to call instead of me. I just want to know what the process would be if he called and all he did was spoke his native tongue? definitely a very bad experience. The lady hung up while I was asking for translator options.nnI shared with her that I called before and someone was able to assist me and my dad. Not sure what the problem was this time but if I can get an answer it would be great. Thanks for your time. Will definitely not be calling this location again.

If the drop box is only open when the building is open, whatu2019s the point of having a drop boxnnEdit - this office is only open 6 hours a week, the Google hours are incorrect. And they are not taking appointments at this time.

Iu2019ve now been calling back and she keeps hanging up on me . THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME

Watch your cars if you're parking on the social security lot they're big on putting notes then calling to get you a ticket. The apartment building near the alley doesn't have enough off street parking for they tenants the apartment building also charge 50 bucks for a parking spot in the back but still isn't enough for all units I wish the social security office could work something out with hi mount gardens. I was going through a rough time and the social security office didn't allow me enough time to move a car I got a ticket and really didn't have the money at the time I just think it was mean and selfish I honestly think the social security office location shouldn't be there on north or the apartment building or both was build wrong.

I attended to update my card from temporary worker to permanent resident. I was assisted by Mrs Rios. She was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable I was able to get in and out promptly and left with a great impression. Mrs Rios is a credit to the SSA and deserves some positive feedback for her great service today! Thank you! :)
