I only waited for a few minutes and Susan answered my call. Susan was kind, patient, and helpful. I had several questions on retirement and she took the time to go through each and every one with me. This has been my local office for over 20 years and whether I call or go into the office, I have been treated with the utmost respect. Thanks again Susan.

I was connected to Lisa after a brief wait. She is a very kind and helpful person. It was a breath of fresh air to my not so wonderful dealings with other government agencies. I do understand hours are weird, that's an issue with staffing levels in the upper management, like the executive branch. Had the same problems with Veterans Appointments, really can't blame the people in the trenches.

Wish I could use different office...Payment and insurances cancelled because of their errors (most fixed by different office). Time sensitive letters mailed late. Faxes never sent to offices after they said they would. List goes on. I called marinette for several things. Other things I called Escanaba office so I knew for sure things would be done correct, fixed mistakes. If I didn't have to use marinette social security office by law, I would use different office.
