HORRIBLE! With THIS being my local office I ALWAYS call the other number on my papers. Those employees are nice, caring, understanding, and helpful. UNLIKE this place that's rude, not caring, highly unprofessional, never understanding, and always just sends you to a voicemail! I HATE whenever I have to call here.nUPDATE:nEverything is still horrible here. I would rather my daughter lose all her benefits than have to ever talk to anyone who works here ever again. AGAIN I highly recommend calling the number on the papers.

Too many rules and can't get any paperwork emailed. Wanted a verification letter for my son and they can only use the snail mail. COVID people!!! Learn to use emails.

I want to know who is the manager of this department. Why does it so hard to talk to your workers here. I was so disappointed with the front of desk a black woman service for few times. First of all, she was so stupid to answer customer questions, second, she was very unfriendly to answer the phone, never helpful ans also very lazy voice feel almost in sleeping voice.nnI am highly suggesting they need hire a new good quality person for phone, and also any time you call anybody have to leave a message even they are at work but still need leave a message. Horrible service here.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! super slow, unprofessional staff, more than twice they hung up the phone after hearing my voice! I had two consecutive months trying to change my last name from maiden to married, I sent my documents 3 times because the negligence of the staff always forgot to print a copy. In the end I gave up, they don't care what need you have. I recommend the Recine office, I sent my documents and on the 3rd day I had everything processed and in a week I got my new card.

Best social security office experience. Everyone was nice and helpful. The wait wasn't long at all. Maybe the fact that I went early in the morning the day after the 4th of July may have been a contributing factor. It was worth the drive from Illinois.

The employees I dealt with were very nice. my only issue is they called our number and while walking to the counter some fat chick hopped in front of us and started asking more questions, she already had her turn but thatu2019s not the employees fault.

Lady at the counter is extremely rude.....was trying to explain myself and she was motioning to me with her hand to hurry up! Really, if shes in that big of a hurry she needs to retire.....i am sure somewhere in her job description it says Serve the Public....I waited my turn and never thought to motion to her to hurry up!! (African American women with very badly thinning hair.)

Only two Windows, and usually only one is open, taking up to 30 minutes with each person. Tiny waiting room. Many times i was misinformed and had to call a higher authority to get correct information. Often the security guard has to escort someone out for being loud and rude.
