The worst experience of customer service ever in my life. The people that work here are trash and should all be fired. I called 40 minutes before the office closed because we can't go into office anymore for some reason. I waited on hold for 30min. Someone finally answered and acted like they couldn't hear me since it was 10 min before they closed. I know they acted because they only asked if I could hear them in between when I was talking and I was on a land line and I assume they were to and I take calls all the time from this phone. If they truly couldn't hear me they would be taking over me not when I stopped talking. I called them back and waited on hold for another 25 minutes and it finally went to someone and they just hung up on me this time. Just ridiculous.

Can never get a hold of these people. no one answers phones. Wait forever to hear from someone and then the machine kicks you off waiting, and then have to restart the call again just to have no one answer and to be kicked off the line again...nHope they can fix that issue.

I have called the local Fond du Lac WI office on 2 occasions recently I spoke with Jeff and Shawn 2 of the rudest unprofessional public servants I am forced to fund. I am trying to get my legal benefit when commenting how inefficient it is to wait for a call to get access to a calendar to make an appointment for some time in the future to speak to someone to get my benefit. I was told to call Walmart to complain..

I have tried contacting this office for one week and every time I am placed on hold and wait 20 minutes and then disconnected. They are impossible to get a hold of!

I don't got 3 hours to sit and call over and over to get someone to answer only to be told it's their fault I have to wait.

Very lousy employees at fond du lac ssa. Dont bother going there or whatever your plans will be. Theyu2019ll not care about you if you want to remove ssa when you have a job.

Never get any straight answers told everything but what I ask. Refer to 1800 number then to processing number then back to local office. What a mess. Waiting on back pay and yet continue to not receive full amount of disability that I am entitled to and my back pay. Nine years is enough give me what I have coming and quit taking from what I get. Upset here!

I only spoke with them on the phone but I was treated with patience and respect. The gentleman spent almost an hour on the phone with me until we got everything figured out. Thank you Mr Hoffmann for your time and expertise.
