I set up an appointment beforehand so they can be prepared to make time for my call. I wanted to be respectful and set a schedule up and so did they. But When the time came, they called with a different number and within barely a second they hung up. I couldnu2019t even answer, gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited for a call back after not being able to reach them 4 times. Once finally able to stay on a call, Iu2019m on there for 30+ minutes listening to waiting music with no one picking up. Really frustrating.

My daughter is awaiting her back pay. I called to see what was going on. I get told by the supervisor Mr. Smith that I was in a rush for the back pay and that I canu2019t spend it with out asking. Made me feel like I would take from my child. I know their is parents out there who do this. But, Iu2019m not one. Heu2019s made remarks like this more then once. I know things are hard and stuff comes up. But, you, just donu2019t flat out call someone a bad Mother or even think I would take from my child. ud83dude2d
