Its time these places open up, all other business have opened completely up, I have tried every number I can think of to get a hold of social security offices today. it will ring a couple of times then its like someone picks up and then it rings busy. how is this able to keep going on.

Very unprofessional. They literally have a security officer in the office which is locked. I flagged him down from inside the office. He then unlocked it and told me heu2019s not even supposed to talk to anyone, which tells me his job is literally to not do anything whatsoever.nnYes itu2019s a cushion job, but thatu2019s the only reason their staff is employed, just to do nothing and reap the benefits.
    Leah McAllister
Woman I spoke to was unprofessional and unhelpful. I needed to get a new card after I got married and they made me send my drivers license with assurances theyu2019d mail it back. Sketchy and inconvenient!

Every time Iu2019ve ever went to the office itu2019s been a pleasant experience, helpful employees.nBut beware of calling for information because Iu2019ve always been disappointed.

This place is awful. I am a case manager for I/DD Waiver members so I have to call on their behalf periodically and every time I end up waiting 20+ minutes and then when they do pick up they will hang up the phone so they don't have to deal with the phone calls. I know everyone is understaffed but don't answer the phone and hang up on people. I would give them a zero if I could.

Other than the wait of about 5 minutes, I received kind and considerate service in answering a couple questions from Ms. Melvin. I would recommend using the phone to answer any questions prior to making an appointment. For efficiency and courtesy to other callers, you should have all your questions ready and all information available of which to refer.

During this Covid 19 madness the already rude workers are really extra rude over the phone. Act like its a bother if you repeat a question back to them . Every other building is open and ready for business within guidelines why cant this office open up with the same regulations . There needs to be understanding that the world still has business to handle that cant always be done over the phone

They have become very difficult to work with and everytime I call I get interrupted before I'm even finished talking. They expect me to give them papers I can't even get because it's a sealed document and the court house will not give you anything. I sent a book of stuff and because I can only give a copy of what they're asking because the courthouse will not give me an original they will not help me. It's rediculous

Very piss poor front lobby service...this is NOT the security officer but the staff....most act like you are a bother to them or that you owe them something.

I have been there only twice but, I was treated with respect on both visits.

When I called and spoke to a representative they were very short with me, and seemed like it was a bother to answer my questions. Was very rude and did not help me with my issue for a SS card.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called and waited 35 minutes to speak to someone. I finally got through and after asking a simple question they hung up on me. Pathetic.
