I got so lucky there. Didn't have line. Last monday, I got there around 11:00am. I was prepared to wait with snacks and chair. ud83dude01 I was there for exactly 1:19 and I applied for two different stuffs. Everybody there was so nice to me. The security man was so polite. And the lady answered all the questions I had.

We went at 7 am for the line up. I was the 3rd person. They opened at 8.30 and taken in. At 9 am, everything was done. Helpful persons. No problem at all. I'm so happy to say thatThank youfor all employees at this place. This location is way better than Kingsway, Service Canada.

I arrived at 550am to avoid waiting hours in line. The Sinclair centre reviews mentioned people lining up at 6am so thought best to be early to this location too.nThis was way too early. I was first in line and no one else showed up until 7:15/7:30. By 8am there was a significant line.nIt opened at 8:30 and there were only 2 people in line with appointments so they went ahead of me but I was seen just a few minutes after them by another agent. I was renewing my passport and out in 30 mins by 9am.

Came here to apply for a SIN since Iu2019m new to Canada. Both the security lady and the two Service Canada employees were super friendly and gave us so many tips for our stay in Canada!nWe were here on a Monday around 1pm and there were just 2 people in front of us. We had to wait maybe 10-15 minutes and then left after 25 more (we were two applying for the sin) with our SIN and lots of tips for around Vancouver.nnThanks!!

No appointments available online, so I had to go in person for walk-in being at month 8 of pregnancy. The security lady at the entrance was very unfriendly. The website doesnu2019t explain how to mail the documents with the original documents (citizenship certificate and my ID???). I believe #serviceCanada can do better work! Iu2019ve been in line-up for more than an hour and still only half way through a big line up from 10:30 am.

I came here to get SIN on Friday at 1pm. There were only around 5-6 people waiting, and I only waited for 40 minutes to get it. I went to the one at Downtown the other day, the queue was crazy there and was told the wait time is 3 hours, but this one is not so bad. Recommended!

We went there a Monday morning around 9 and the line wasn't too long. It took us around 1 hour to get our SIN. Everyone was really nice and treated us great. It was a nice welcome to the country.

Came in for a passport appointment on a Tuesday morning. Start to finish, in and out in 15 minutes. Super professional and nice people working here, too.

Website is broken, no way to resolve, and long wait in person. Trying to submit documents on time becomes an impossibility. Staff is not properly trained, told us twice they could not do what was required before talking to a manager to figure out that they could. Senior officer training was completely inappropriate in front of customers towards staff.

The security lady was openly rude. Dealing with important documents at service canada is already stressful, no need to be this rude and complicate things. Shame on such service!

Came here to get my T4 and I had also 2 other things to do a lady from security told me they will not do it there and was sending me back. Security lady was acting instead of agent giving all wrong information to me and was too rude to people. The worst place Iu2019ve ever been donu2019t trust what security says and donu2019t loose your time. Iu2019ve been there on March 30, 2022.

Only 2 booths operating so the line was extremely slow moving, arrived at 8am and waited over 4 hours to be seen. Pretty poor service with massive room for improvement in my opinion.

The security lady is the rudest person I have ever seen! She talks with so much hate and anger even if you are just asking her a simple question. She opened the door for us while talking and when we said why she is rude to us, she closed the door aggrisively hitting my arm with it!!nnAfterward my husband was translating the questions for me, she asked him to translate u201clouderu201d in our language and we found that very discrimanting and deamining. Then we asked her if she knows our language and she said itu2019s u201c none of your businessu201dnnI donu2019t know what is happening in her life to make her such miserable aggresive person, however I am mostly upset for Canada service allowing this experiences to happen. This is a place any international person will have to come to. The fact that they allow this descriminative behaviour to happen is hurtful.

Very nice place, is clean, The staff is very polite and everyone knows what they have to do and how to guide you politely also is very organized and all the marks the floor has arrows on all these equipment ready to guide you, I spent like 10 minutes from the moment I got in until I was exciting with all my paperwork done

Fast in, fast out. 15 minutes to solve my case. Friendly staff. Great experience. Need to register upfront via phone call, though, I think.

The security lady is rude, she needs to be nice to people. But the officer has empathy and gets things done quickly!

I went there for applying sin, security lady was the rudest person i have ever seen, they do know how to behave and talk with people, the service is good but that lady said to me you wait n watch, literally insane

I went up on the morning of March 3rd. I had a couple of questions for them.nnThe staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. One ladyu2019s father was in the RCAF at the same time as I was, and as it was so quiet she and I had time for a brief chat.nnIt was all very nice and efficient, and wish all Departments could be like they are.
