They would be so much more helpful if they ever answered the phone. This is very sad after waiting so long on phone you forget what you are calling about... if they anwser ud83dude14nThey technically work for us anyway. We pay their wages with our taxes. Why do we continue to let them work for us? I'm certain if we all put in the effort we could actually get things to change. And hopefully get almost a full new staff in there that wants to be there helping us and actually answers the phone. We need to speak up!

They never answer the phone. Also they are in the office which says they're open till 3pm. I had an appointment and showed up 15 minutes early and nobody not even the security guard answered the door. I sat in my truck waiting and calling just to watch all of them walk out the back door and leave. They saw me and ignored me. They don't do anything but yet still get paid.

I was hung up on while waiting on hold. Social Security people get paid well and we depend on them for assistance.

This is a bunch of bs trying to get a hold of anyone. Waited for almost an hour and it was someone in Yakima that transferred me back to college place only to receive a voice mail that their on vacation and to call the number I just called to try to get there in the first place. Whoever's running that system has got to be an idiot.

I never received my money on time and they are unreliable most of the time. Also have to wait hours for them to answer the danm phone! They have a poor system. Also you have to wait for the to change the direct deposit for a month or two for it to go through. This is why I rated it one star.
