Love how they don't even have a Drop box outside to leave documents. So I'm literally forced to mail something instead of driving 5 minutes to the office. It's pathetic that taxpayer funded places like this are still completely shut down after almost 2 years of the pandemic, meanwhile everything else is open.

Phone operator was extremely rude for no reason? I asked about wait times and was super nice to her and in the middle of me talking she said u201calright byeu201d and hung up. The weirdest customer service experience Iu2019ve had in awhile.

The security officer had my autistic daughter and I wait outside where itu2019s cold. Because she had one of her ticks. How unprofessional and inhuman is they have outstanding wait times and neglect those who really need help.

Went with wife to start her Social security. We didn't have to wait, talk to John, was done in 20 minutes. Check was in the bank 4 days later. We didn't think the government could be that good!! Enjoy Life

I went in for a replacement social security card after losing mine - before going, I filled out and printed the application, and brought several forms of I.D. (license, birth certificate, passport). All I ended up needing was the passport. I went on a Friday, arriving at 12:22 and was back in my car at 12:56. Easy, not a long wait, and friendly customer service.
