People are rude you never get return phone calls from messages that you leave. Just tried to call I was on hold and while on hold either I was hung up on or lost signal. I don't think I lost signal because of the beeping noise it made. Like it makes when you hang up.

I've been trying to get replacement cards for my girls who just recently started school..I've been back and forth with this process for at least a month. The representatives are rude and inconsiderate offering only attitude instead of help. I had to call the Social security office where I'm originally from to get the help I needed and that's 3hours away. Then I have to send my DL and my children's Birth certificates through the mail or thedrop boxas evidence with the unsurerty of when I'll be receiving these items back. So disappointed in how Lufkin is reacting in a Pandemic especially if this is necessary for children to go to school.

The pandemic should not be used as an excuse to be closed 6 day of the week!! And the woman thats on the phone needs to be retrained. If the last person gave you a hard time doesn't mean your take it out on me. As far as it is from Nacogdoches I'll drive to Tyler for now on.

Security Guard was a delightful young man. He did his job well and was friendly while doing it. The agent at the window had all the reason to have been in a bad mood after a client had to be escorted out of building from her station. However, I found her very professional and extremely helpful.

Was told by one agent to get paperwork from previous employer to be approved for part B. When I did and went back another agent told me I was not approved. Had to wait until following year to sign up and then pay penalties. Wish all their agents could follow the same rules.

Have tried calling, repeatedly. No one answers the phones, it seems. You wait on hold 15 minutes, then the system disconnects you.
