If I could rate this lower I would. They do not answer the phone and the guard is extremely rude at the door. He is indignant and condescending when I was just trying to get information and explain the phones weu2019re not working for a few days in a row. This office DOES NOT answer the phone but the guard does not even let you talk to someone to make an appointment, the online appointment system is no longer an option. It sure would be better if they allowed a local number to call and talk to someone at the office, the local number provided does not work. Go somewhere else.

They never answer their phone. I've been trying to set up an appointment, but no one ever picks up. Super frustrating.

Office in Kerrville Texas are not open. No sign on outside door. Have to go into entryway and sign is on inner door. SS office needs the sign to bring outside door. Another pulled up as I did and not happy either.

We arrived about 20min after they opened on a Monday morning to get my wife's name changed. We were in and out of the there within 35min! Nice clean building that looks recently built.

Very helpful, the representative answered all my questions and explained the why's and why nots to me with patience and kindness. I am sorry I can't remember her name. Very thorough.nOk I went to the office again Monday 16th, to get an answer to a question about Medicare payment, etc. Elizabeth provided all the information I needed. She was very nice and we had a chuckle to two as well. Thanks for your help.

Hardly any wait time, but I've been having a very difficult time in changing my son's payee back into my name. False accusations with no evidence against me. It's very stressful and aggravating when I'm a stay at home mom with no income to provide for my son.

I highly recommend coming 5-10 minutes before they open. Once they open the doors at exactly 9:00am, I was out of there at 9:10am. Super quick and great service!
