    Have been calling all day. Had an appointment thursday and didn't want to hear what other problems i had. Told me i have to call the office. They cut my check in half bc i recieve foodstamps and i wasn't paying enough rent.nnUpdate: sitting on the phone to confirm fax have been recieved. On the line for an hour and someone picked up just to hang up the phone. Please do better. Still no change in checknnUpdate: still no change in check when you call the number above it doesn't give you a texas rep it gives you the toll free. Toll free wants you to call the local number but you can't speak to someone bc now you need an extension. Never thought moving to texas will screw up my benefits. Do better TEXAS

    4 hours of busy signal applied for Medicare on line as website stated but will not accept the information. So need HELP but none available. Also went to office but will not let you in without appointment and they don't answer the phone so you can make an appointment. Our Government at its best.

    So troubling that they will not see people face to face. When you call all they do is give you the run around. I applied on line just like their automated phone services said. Later I get a call that I need to turn in a form. So I mail in the form they specifically asked fornbut when I call to see if they received said form and ask about progress with my application, they can't tell me. All they can say is call back in a week. It has already been nearly 2 weeks and they still can't give me an answer. Of course, all they CAN do is try to abdicate their responsibilities and imply it is my fault there is no movement on my application. Geeze, and to think I pay taxes to give them jobs. I had to give them one star otherwise I would give them none.

    This is a government agency that someone is using their phone number to try and scam innocent people!! Telling them they have a warrant out for their arrest because someone has fraudulently used their social security numbers and they need them to provide their social security numbers for verification. My son was a target!! They are targeting elderly people Im sure and young adults who may not know not to give this information out. I have called the Harligen police department! I PRAY THE FBI GETS INVOLVED AND FIND THESE SCAMMERS!!
