My husband and I had spent 2 hours on call waiting on the phone trying to reach Social Security to get new Cards. We drove to Corricana a 1 hour and 15 minute drive and were greeted by a very nice security guard. We had no appointment so we had a reasonable wait for assistance. The gentleman that waited on us was pleasant and quickly took care of ordering new cards for us. Thank you for your pleasant service.

The pro for this location is it have a short wait time. But that doesnu2019t mean anything if you have a staff member that isnu2019t customer service oriented; quality NOT quantity, compassionate and not so compliance that you miss the mark. This staff member reviewed a family member case and assumed the worse from a previous incident AND because of her non listening ears she only made the situation worse and a waste of time. Time that could have been used to take care of other issues. The peson we dealt with if there was a survey, she would have gotten a ZERO on all customer related questions making the overall survey ZERO. Get more training!

Very happy with my experience, 45 min wait, but was greeted by a very nice young man had 3 things to get done...zipped right through all of them in no time. I'm not from Texas, so didn't know what to expect. Even the security guard was pleasant!!nGood job to all.

They were all nice to me. The guard even held the door when I left. The best part for me was that I didn't have to walk as far from my car to inside the building like the other one I used to visit.
