Been here every week because they are always giving us appointment date and time but whenever we arrived, the office is always closed. It is so frustrating, they dont respect the time client has spent to come to their office. They did it twice and for the third time they moved the schedule to another date again. They are difficult to contact, they should be honest to tell the callers that the office is already closed rather than giving false appointment time and date which was a waste of time.

It's okay. They should have more people around the phone to help you with whatever you're needing.

I had to call back several times because their automated system would hang up on me! Finally I was able to get through, but it was a 20 minute wait to find out I'm not elidelig for widow's benefits until I'm 60...... that's stupid, because loosing a spouse comes at any age!

The office never answers calls or she says she is going to call and she never does. We are having to use San Angelo office for help. This person in office at Big Spring is incompetent

Even after taking four trips to the office to get the correct paperwork in order the only thing that the office would give me was a receipt that only had my name and looked like it was typed and printed in thirty seconds. The receipt did not have a seal or any verification and could have easily have been easily faked with the most basic of printers.
