    Iu2019ve tried to get a hold of someone at this location since the 3/5/2022 no luck. My benefit check went to the wrong account and I still have not received my check. I have no way of paying for food or my bills and no one has help me from the one 800 number as well. They say the filled office has to issue me my check or send the treasury A replacement check request. Had food for several days and I even left a hand written note on an envelope and put it in the box at the location and still have not A call or any help yet

    This location needs to be shut down. I have updated my address over a year ago and they seem to can't get it put into they system. I have called this office to update my address serveal times and the 1800 number. What I find so odd is that the 1-800 number has on file how many times I have called and updated my address with this office but no one in this office has it on file. This is the worst office ever, I would love to file a complaint with the branch supervisor over this location, I have been dealing with the same mess about my address for over an year and something needs to be done about it. Due to your workers not doing their job such as updating a mailing address people will miss out on important letters but it is completely obvious that is the goal at this office.

    Mycaseworkersent out a letter almost a MONTH ago. Stating that she needs copies of my w-2 form. She didn't leave a address nor email address in the letter. Not to mention I live in Dallas, Texas.... And,she sent my mail to an address in South Carolina. I left SEVERAL voicemails. No callbacks. I've been calling for weeks and Mrs. S Randle has yet to call back. If she's out of the office for the month........nWhy would you pick up my case and then give me a deadline, to have the information in by a certain date?nOnly for you to go on vacation at THE END OF THE CALL? It's like three purposely want to deny us.

    Close this place down. It is pointless. Relocate the staffs or better yet, put robots there to run the place. They will do a far better job than the incompetent humans working there. I am pretty sure robots will answer their phone as well

    I am alittle upset, because even though I'm disabled. I tried that go back to work program they have cause I can barley get by, and sent everything they asked for in 2019-2020 and now, they say I owe them money because they paid me to much and somebody didn't do their job taking all my stuff that I sent, says nothing is on record. I'm not working and barely get by as it is cause they already take money for child support. Its their fault but they will blame everything on you. So upset with Social Security. Plus even though I have prove being disabled, Noone will give me the placard that says so. I'm not bout to get in trouble for their mistakes.

    Don't know why one of the most important places for Americans still closed and not taking appointments. DPS is open Tax office is open and other government offices but here your option is Mail all your originals and hope you get them back .I did get a person on the phone when I called. It won't hurt if they start scheduling appointments like all the other places.

    If I could give them a zero I would. I sent my driver license to this place. They got my driver license. I received the receipt and the social security card for my daughter, but I never received my driver licenses back. Itu2019s been a month and a half now. I been calling and no one can tell me when they supposedly sent it back. Itu2019s not their item, thats missing so they donu2019t care. It was one lady they blamed it on the Post Office. Saying the post office is delaying the mail. Thatu2019s not true cause I got the social security card and receipt. If you donu2019t have to use this location DONT. I found out other locations will let you pick up your documents that you send in.

    This place is a joke, mailed in my marriage license to get my names changed, filled out all the paperwork, and all they did was mail the marriage license back!nI tried to contact them for about a month, to figure out why I got nothing back besides my marriage license, and found out the request was denied! How hard is it to put something in the envelop saying it was denied and why?

    On hold for over 15 minutes then the call was disconnected. Was previously advised by the National Call Center to FAX forms to local office. However the Balch Springs Local Office FAX machine is either turned off or not functioning. Any attempts to FAX error out and no one at that office is apparently responding to a phone call. Exceptionally Poor Customer Service at that office...

    This is probaly one of the most worst places for a appointment becarful guys donu2019t give up I got my stuff already but it was a battle trying to get my stuff together in this place worst experience ever if they ever tell u that your are no list of appointments call customer service ASAP because they will no put u on the list for appointments even if they told u on the phone u still gotta call customer service to make sure they put u on the list because the security will quick u out I almost lost my appointment cause I dint give up

    Went to the office on 14 Aug 18 to ask about benefits. The wait was about an hour. I want to thank and commend Security Guard Jacobs for an outstanding job. His professionalism and attitude was great. He made the visit for all better. When I saw Ms Nixon I was extremely pleased with her friendliness and professionalism also. I got my questions answered and valuable information I didn't know. I saw that the office is very busy, but remember your professionalism and attitude means a lot. Thanks.

    Pleasantly surprised. The officer who issued instructions and let everyone in was jovial and professional, the greeter at the door was friendly and cheerful, and Miss Wright, who assisted me at the window, was very pleasant and kind. There was quite a line outside when they opened a few minutes early to get everyone checked in. We were done and out the door in about 15 minutes total. Good job, staff! I would agree that the parking is inadequate for the volume they serve. I'm sure it's a much more difficult experience later in the day. I highly recommend arriving around 8 o'clock like we did, and waiting for them to open at nine. In spite of waiting to open, you'll get served right away and your total time in and out will pay off.

    Be sure to get there by 8:00 am in order to get out within an hour or so. This place gets really crowded very fast and they do not call numbers in order. Parking lot is very small and I believe they are working on expanding it. Also if you going to get a replacement SS card all you need is your government issued ID. Beware that you will NOT get a printout of your card or even a paper copy until it arrives instead you will receive a paper receipt indicating that you ordered a replacement card.

    I just spent two and half hour at this site. While i waited for my turn ten other people came in and were called and serve. I am disable and on a wheelchair i ask the security officer whats going on. He said they take the easy one that just need a new card. In the mean time i still waited but after two and half hour i left. Its disappointing and sad that you have to wait so long and not be help especially being handicap. From now i will go anywhere but here.

    I have been dealing with the disgusting place for 4 years since I moved to Texas. The parking is horrendous, the building is gross, the employees just donu2019t care and you have to sit there for hours to get anything done. I avoid it like the plague if I can help it. This abomination needs a total redo from the parking to the cleanliness to the horrible employees. They donu2019t rate a 1/2 star but you need to choose something to leave a review.

    I can never get my rep to call me back. I have been trying for over 2 months.
    The wait times are absolutely astronomical. I have been three times in the last 12 months, and have never been in and out in under three hours. Be prepared to go on your off day, you will not be able to go on a lunch break, period.

    If I didn't have to give this place on stars to rate them I would. I've been here since 8:15am this morning waiting to see what's going on with my case. My husband did and appeal online for me. But all of a sudden they can't find it. So the lady gives me the paper application to fill out and wait for my name to be called. So I went outside to call and the lady that answer the phone act as if she was a manager. Then when I was transferred the manager didn't answer. This place is horable. An on top of that I have Epilepsy and one of my triggers is being over heated and it's HOT IN HERE. If I didn't need the help to provide for my family I wouldn't be in here.
