I can't believe that the only two ways to get help is by having the app or by going in person to the business. I tried asking at a question and theysthey me a link selling me something telling me the money is fully refundable and then come to find out your parying for a trial that you will be charged in full for if you don't cancel. The social security office or administration needs to come with other solutions that are a better convenience for the people.

Spoke with Mr. Jones, who seemed very knowledgeable about my situation. He also made a suggestion to call state for even more help. Thank you, Mr. Jones.

Most incompetent government office anywhere, and SLOW doesn't even touch this place. If you plan on going go early in the morning and plan on staying all day long cause thats how long it will take. When u do finally speak to someone be prepared because they will either have no clue what u r talking about or they will treat u like a second rate citizen.nAfter having to go to Knoxville tn office i became even more disappointed in this office.nnWhy would u have all 6 windows open but only 2 with people actually working them? You have SIX windows, not an empty seat in the waiting area but u only have to in operation, this is why u all stay so backed up. This office seriously needs help

Very hateful, arrogant employees. I would hate to think they assist the elderly and disabled like they do others, this office needs to be restaffed by people that know how to speak with others and do their job.

Visited this office twice in the last 10 days. Both times I waited less than thirty minutes. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful.
