I had a bad experience called about my daughters approved disability and was told I needed to call another office and have them transfer her information over. I was unaware that is my responsibility when they are the ones working the case??? She was extremely rude and insensitive. Makes me wonder how they treat our elders or others who cannot fend for themselves. Called the other office and was told they work the case until completion and then transfer to correct area. Either way they all tell u different information that conflicts each other I think training is in line. How do they hire people like this???? You would think working for the government they would be trained a little better on how to respectfully perform customer service.

Have called and left messages with case manager she hasn't returned any of my calls. Called about two weeks ago to speak to a supervisor, was told that they would give her the message to call me back. I'm still waiting on her call. I just need some answers about my case that's all. What is wrong with that it's my information, why can't I get someone to answer or return my calls.
This office is wonderful! I have called on them for 3 different things at 3 different times in the past couple of years and every single time, they are professional, most helpful and courteous and I get the results I am looking for. It is so nice to see a government office actually have human people answering the phone and actually solving your issues. Thank you all so much for excellent service!!!

Spoke with a representative from this office today and she had the NASTIEST ATTITUDE. It does not take all that to do your job. The matter that I was calling about was very important, but she insisted on cutting me off instead of trying to take the time to understand what it was that I was trying to ask her. It's sad that this was an African American female that took the call, I really expected more professionalism in a government office. There are people out here that would do a way better job than this young lady.

Closed since March of last year. No one is working in the office. Must call and hope they can help over the phone, or you can get things done online.

Is this number legit? They do not identify themselves, and sound like telemarketers.
