    They took my money from me for having a life insurance policy said I was 2000 over the limit...but she read the form wrong lost my papers that were faxed..SMH I said ok I just dropped my policy since SSI started paying for our funeral...

    Incompetent. These people are just lazy and incompetent. They canu2019t keep the important documents from getting lost. I so wish I could give them no stars because of how pathetic and inadequate they are especially with calling someone back and then losing original copies.

    The people here are so much more professional than the office in towanda I'm closer to the towanda office your better off going to the Williamsport office where u will be treated with respect u go to the towanda office you'll be treated like an animal it's worth the trip
