Very kind and promptly dealt with my case!nI originally applied for my SSN when I applied for my visa. But it didn't processed. So I needed to make an appointment. I called other SSA but they said that I need to send my document to them and they will make an appointment. I called New Kensington office and they made an appointment right away! And I could get my SSN within time. They were so kind and organized. Thank you so much for doing promptly!

I have visited in the morning each time between 9am & 10:30am. The waiting area is small but I have been taken in within 15-30 minutes each time. Customer service reps do not have private offices but reasonably large cubicles to provide service. I have visited at least three times in the past 12 months as I got ready to retire. Always in & out within an hour & courteous helpful customer service people. NOTE: I was in the military & civilian Fed for 38 years. The people & service in this office are in the upper 25 percent of my customer experiences.

Amazing team! They were so patient in taking details and the entire process was completed in 15 mins.

Better than other social security offices with how fast you get taken care of... however, you have to talk about your personal information in front of everybody in the waiting room, including the guard. Also the waiting room is small and when it gets busy, there's not enough seating, nor even places to stand.

Strange set up. No privacy at all. However, the clerk was very nice and she took her time with each customer. Others had to wait a little longer, but each person was completely satisfied by the time they left.

Disorganized place..lose or misplace everything that's sent in. Takes forever to communicate with anyone.

Online it says they were open, I drove down there and the sign says tempery closed till 7/26..... How about saying that on the website instead of me wasting gas!
