Today I had a phone meeting with Michael. He was thorough making sure I understood everything and went above and beyond what I expected to help me.

This place is the bottom of all pits social security has stopped my widow's benefits until I repay an overpayment, which I had made an agreement for them to deduct from my benefit check. Now they want full payment!!!!!!

Ruth is unprofessional and should be investigated for the way she treats people on the phone. Please if her phone calls are recorded please listen to them. This women should not be in this profession. She threatened my sister with making sure they take their sweet time with her claim. The claim is for my neice that is handicapped and has been on disability for more then 25 years. My neice is in need of many things that she can not get due to the issue. My sister called to make sure they recieved her paperwork and ruth refused to tell her if they did or didnt. This women is messing with this families lively hood. This is absolutely absurd. I hope someone reads this and hopefully this is handled. God Bless

This place is ridiculous. Online services weren't working and I made calls to 800 numbers and someone really finally told me I could come into the building to get it sorted. The security guard behind the door looked at me then straight up turned around to ignore me.

Needed to take care of some updates recently in the Meadville Social Security office. The wait was brief, and the woman with whom I interacted was very helpful, thorough and nice. The part that seemed a little out of place was that I spoke to her, reciting the details of my personal life, while standing at the counter in the lobby within earshot of other people waiting for their turn to reach the counter. It would be nice of the government could find a way to make such exchanges more private. Otherwise it was a decent experience.

Giving a 3 at the most was very hard for me, i have spent hour in this office latly going from ssi to ssdi, yet 8 month later they want me to spend more hours in their office which is unacceptable. The process people i have worked with havent been able to return a call, i have to go in to get anything done. This is starting to get redundant.
