    After getting no help from my local SS office, a friend recommended trying the Lebanon location and I only wish I'd tried sooner and maybe called ahead to avoid two trips. The local office had told me conflicting things about the documents I was providing. In the end, all I needed was a stamp at the courthouse added to the same document I've been submitting all along. The staff at Lebanon were kind and informative. I left there, drove an hour to rectify the document error, tried going to my local office only to be given the runaround, and then drove the hour back to Lebanon to have it processed in FIVE minutes! This will be the office I use in the future.

    The worst. Daughters over a year old and still havenu2019t received her ss card from them. Getting a run around for the last 6 months trying to just get a replacement since they lost her real one. Canu2019t even get a call back from a supervisor when their workers clearly donu2019t know what theyu2019re doing.
    Was there 4 different occasions in the last 3 months, as well as calling and speaking to someone about my case 3 times. On the last visit I spoke to the manager, she assured me I would receive a phone call that afternoon from the person I filled my paperwork with. Four days later still no phone call....... My husband passed away in June I'm still waiting to be able to claim on his SS!!!!! WTH

    I just spent 3 hours waiting which I know is normal bc the office is very busy, however when it was my turn I was given the wrong information by the woman at the desk bc she didn't listen to what I was asking for and just assumed she knew what I wanted and then afterwards,while she was explaining and issue with my address I asked a question and she rudely told me to let her finish what she was saying. She had just spent 10 minutes small talking with the people in front of me between explaining their entire benefit to them while an entire room was waiting. She was incredibly short and rude with us, she should not have that position working with the public.

    Miss. Sprouse was one of the WORSE customer service employees I have ever encountered. It's as though the SS#'s belong to her. I had all of the documentation required as per the application yet she felt like she didn't have to do it because she didn't want to. I've filed a formal complaint about her. It amazes me that people can make up their own rules even though the required paperwork was created by their office.

    Where to start? Well, I have anxiety attacks prior to every visit I have to make to this location: no professionalism, I'm treated in a very sarcastic, and demeaning way EVERYTIME. My latest experience was being laughed at sarcastically by a member of staff and that same person rolling their eyes at me. Honestly, I dread every visit I have to make to these people. I have never felt so disrespected and abused by anyone, as the people at this location. These goons need to be investigated for abusing mentally disabled people, because that's the ONLY treatment I EVER get here.

Drive to the Lebanon office at soon you try to enter was a security person saying that I was the 3 person in line and has to wait in my car until he will come to get me to be able enter at the office unacceptable.
