    Been trying to call the Hermitage office with no answer this is unacceptable ever since covid hit everyone has lost their minds don't know what they're doing. they transfer you to somebody who tells you totally different thing from what the other person told you guys really need to get your act together This shouldn't be this way it shouldn't be this hard to get in contact with the human being to talk about my Husband social security.

    Honestly absolutely ridiculous.nIu2019ve never had even one decently okay experience at this office.nTheyu2019ll let you sit on hold for 30 mins and then hang up on you - which tends to be my biggest issue. Twice today so far- Iu2019ve sat on hold for 20+ minutes and got the line disconnected without ever speaking to someone. Iu2019m beyond annoyed.nMost of the older ladies Iu2019ve spoken to here are just downright rude. Some people havenu2019t been doing this their whole life, so they donu2019t know everything they need to. The people who answer the phones need to be more considerate and understanding, and instead of being rude to people who arenu2019t educated, they could suggest resources to educate them on what they need to know.nDo better.

    Door was locked. Had to call to let them know I had an appointment. They notified guard to give me admittance.nWhy the guard wasn't answering the door to people knocking on the door is a mystery to me.nAssistant was very helpful.

    Very rude. Husband had a seizure in the office while we were talking to a lady and she threatened to shut off both my husband and my social security if he did not answer her questions. I was not allowed to look away from her if I did we lost our money.

    Love the service there very polite securitie is very nice. There can be a long wait on certain days like the next day after the first of the month if people didn't get there checks also after noons some times on thursday can be busy as well.
