    Honestly if I could give them negative stars I would. I had set up an appointment to discuss something I was told could help me with my benefits only for the agent who actually called me for said appointment have no clue why she was calling. After discussing what was told to me the month before she put me on hold only for the phone to hang up on me 10 minutes later. I try to get back in contact with same agent only to be put to voicemail. I left my voicemail and waited two days for a call back only to get nothing. I have now spent 45 minutes just trying to reach literally anybody so I can get some kind of answer only to be given a busy signal or just hung up on again.

    I have been trying daily for weeks to get through to this office. I need to change my name due to divorce. The phone rings and rings, then eventually hangs up on me! I am not given the option to leave a message! This office is poorly run and management should be counseled. The rest of the world has reopened since Covid and remaining closed is a true disservice to the public. Answer your phones or give the public the option to leave a message to be returned at a later time.

    My wife and I have been trying for weeks to get through to this office to get her social security information up-to-date after our marriage. We have spent hours on the phone and no one ever answers. The phone call automatically drops after about 10 mins so you have to call back over and over and get the same lack of any response. We have tried to go to the actual social security office and the door is always locked and there is no way to drop off paperwork or speak with an actual human being about this mess. I understand that they want this to be a phone call only location but when no one ever answers the phone it makes this place completely useless. Thanks for nothing.

    I called two times and both employees were very helpful. The phone system would put me on hold for about 5 minutes then hang up. That happened a couple times. Thank you to the employees I spoke with. They were understanding and helpful.

    NEVER use Kimberly as your Social Security agent. She is clueless as to who qualifies and under what circumstances. An agent from thw NY office verified that Kim is 100% incorrect but Kim still refuses to process the Medicare part B under SEP. I tried to read her the 1 sentence thay was sent to me from the main office. She refused to transfer me to a supervisor and hung up on me.

    Took over an hour to get anyone on the phone, the call dropped twice, and it wouldnu2019t even give me the option to leave a message. Then when I finally did get someone, they told me that I had to do something that I wasnu2019t sure was legal and when I questioned it because I wasnu2019t comfortable with it, they said they couldnu2019t tell me whether it was or was not legal.     Of course the only thing I need to contact them for, name change, I have to make an appointment. Can't get anyone on the phone to do that. It just rings and rings and then disconnects after 5 minutes.

    I'll be doing some air travel in the near future, which requires a Real ID drivers license but couldn't find my SS card. I went to the Greensburg SS office to get a replacement. Sure, there was a wait of about an hour but the staff was pleasant and professional. You can't use a temporary SS card to obtain Real ID and I was told I'd receive my replacement SS card in 1 to 2 weeks. It only took 4 days.

    They are mean and rude. They told me I couldn't get a ss card cuz I maxed out. But in fact I didn't reach limit. The tell you lies and misinformation. Don't bother to report changes to them on income. They won't change it and puts lies in computrr. And the one girl is on drugs!!
