The woman who FINALLY answered the phone was completely arrogant. After the phone rang for straight up 20 minutes, she answered EXTREMELY cockily and refused to assist me in any helpful manner. For some reason, theyu2019re accepting appointments for EVERYTHING except social security card. If you can avoid this place, do it u2728effortlesslyu2728

Horrible help over the phone. I lost my wallet not 100% sure if my SS was in there but I called them to ask advice on what to do. Was told that's my banks problem amd they would send a new card. I informed her I already called the bank and cancelled my cards and that I wasnt worried about that. I was worried about someone having my license with possibly my SS card. I said I onow she cant physically do anything I was just asking for advice and if there was someone to call that could inform me if someone tried taking out a loan or something. Long story short she was just rude and completely uninformed. She told me to call the 3 credit card companies. I said I had one credit card company and I already called. So she said again she cant do anything. Pretty sure she meant to say credit bureaus. I would not call this ace for My kind of help ever.

Have always been nice and helpful. Solved matters quickly. The wait is long one time but that is because of a high volume. The other times we were at the window within 5 minutes of arrival.
