Receipt from changing my name said I should have received documents back with it, but my marriage license was not included. (Here it is sent at the same time but seperately.) AJ reassured me that it should come in the mail in the next few days, told me exactly what the envelope would look like, and promised to double check everywhere to make sure it sent out.     Told for months to wait a few weeks and call back. No one is even answering the phone now. Social security had no issues TAKING money from my paycheck all the years I worked, but it has now been 5 months and I can't get them to give me $1,000 I was already awarded.     If it was possible to do negative stars I would. I have be trying for 2 weeks to call this office. Multiple times a day. Nothing no answers just keeps hanging up on me. I stopped by knocked I was told I could not drop off my documents. Only mail or make an appointment. Hard to make an appointment when no one answers. And I do not want to mail my documents. Call the kittanning office. They answer the phones and have a drop box.

    Positive experience, despite the waiting time on the phone of 1 hour and 30 minutes, after attending 3 virtual assistants, a human attendant answered the call. The face-to-face service lasted 3 minutes, it was very fast and informative. Observation. You cannot enter this address with a cell phone, leave it in the car.

    Don't believe these SS officers are opened. The doors are locked with a sign with numbers to call to make an appointment. The problem is, you call the one number and you wait about 10 minutes on hold, then someone answers the phone and hangs up on you. This happened twice. I called the second number, waited on line for 35 minutes, and the lady who answered was rude and didn't help at all. They wouldn't even consider letting me have an appointment. I wasted an hour drive and 1.5 hours on the phone and got no further than when I started my day. Government run entities are so frustrating.
