The guard was polite. The lady who took our information was also polite and always took the time to make sure we understood everything. The entire process took us maybe 30 minutes which is much better than many government run locations I have been to. Thanks guys!

worst office ever the fact that they get paid is mind blowing. they have went into my file and changed address of my payee and are saying I lived somewhere for free in 2019. I have received a single penny since December I. iv already lost housing because of this off and about to again.

Would give zero stars if could. This is the worst SS office I've attempted to do business with. Make the drive to another office and save yourself time and sanity!!!!!! Close this office, why are we paying to keep these trustworthy and reliable workers on the clock!?

To get a replacement ss card during covid. The ss office requires you mail an application with all your information on it and your license or id. The actual card not a copy.

I have called a particular extension at the office three times in the last ten days. The phone system answers and I am able to leave a message but the person I'm calling is not returning my calls.

I am here to get a replacement Social Security Card. It's what you expect from a government office. It's a small crowded room no seats left. Expect a wait. Not fun but unavoidable..
