Trying to get a replacement social. They tell me I have to send in my original physical ID. I ask for an appointment to bring it in to them, they say they can't do it. I ask if it could be emailed or faxed? They said no. I asked why does tulsa's site say they can take fax? She got mad, sputtered something unintelligible, and HUNG UP ON ME

Want me to mail in all my original stuff, but tells me I don't need it. Juat fill out paperwork for replacement card. They mail half my kids stuff back and tell me I need to mail in all original documents and my ID. Guess I'll drive without my license. Be nice if they could just open up and help people. What a joke.

I WOULD NOT HAVE EVEN GIVEN THEM 1 STAR. We are trying to get a replacement social security card for our 18 year old. We sent in the paperwork and copy of drivers license. They sent it back saying we need to send them proof so I called. They want us to mail them the drivers license not a copy no scan and send but mail them the original driver license. They wonu2019t make a appointment so we can take it in I asked how my child was going to drive to work without a license they said to use public transportation OMG WE LIVE IN A SMALL TOWN.

Where do I begin? I'll start off with my guy Tanner. He is ACTUALL AND GENERALLY caring, professional, super friendly, and he has so much passion. You can feel it. I enjoy dealing with the Stillwater Social Security Office. All the employees are absolutely wonderful. The call wait time is around anywhere from 1min-10min. Not like tulsa which is about 20min-1hr. This place is amazing. 15/10 would recommend. TANNER IS THE MAN! WOOOT!

The staff is quite cooperative if you go by an appointment. Mask is mandatory during corona times. They will let you in 5 minutes before your appointment.

While the service inside was quick and easy, when we went to pull out, we couldnt see that there was a broken pole in front of our tire, effectively popping our brand new tire. Something should be done about that. Either fixing and replacing the pole, or removing it.

I went to Ss to ask some questions and the woman was so RUDE and she acted like I was bothering her. This whole time she kept drinking her soda. She was very short with me. She wanted to get rid of me fast. I have never been spoke to like that in my whole life. She wouldnu2019t let me talk to a supervisor.

This is an official building. I was here for applying Social security number. The place is meet and the security here were mind enough to help us walk through the process.nnWe need to take a token (which asks for purpose of visit, etc) and wait for our turn. The staff are really good and very helpful. It has a lot of parking and the ambience is decent enough.

If only I could give less than one star, the employees at this place are ridiculously rude. No one knows what they are talking about, everyone gives a different story, my dad has been receiving SSI benefits since 2016, they have told him he owes $1800 because he was over paid. Now yu2019all tell me how the hell he owes them money when they issue the check? They have completely took his whole check this month after saying multiple stories that he would get his money, now they say there is nothing they can do ! He has no other source of income to pay his bills and all of you all that work for Social security want to give a different story. The guy we went to speak with at the beginning in Stillwater was Brent Williams he is beyond rude , we have called him and left him voicemails and have not received a call back. The government and whoever else in regards of this are TRASH !

But sometimes takes forever. But very nice and helpful staff .just would they could give me more help .gross isn't what you take home .wish all distant places would change that because you don't get what you make you just get what you bring home and can't live off of that, and I gotta follow the guidelines but then he needs to be changed everywhere people need help people are struggling

I just went in to talk to a lady begging for help since I have been having surgeries one after another since 2015 and I can barely walk now and all I could get from her was that she could not help me....she acted like she didn't even care. The ones who need help after breaking themselves down from working so hard for so many years doesn't seem to be able to get any help when in dire need.

I would give them zero stars, but, thatu2019s not an option. They are the rudest social security customer reps that I have ever incountered! They were not helpful, either! If we were allowed to replace them, I would!

The staff is very rude. They don't want to be bothered with helping people and are poorly trained. They gave me the wrong information! If you need help I suggest that you go to Tulsa or Okla. City!!!
