After getting someone to pick up my phone call, I got told that my phone service was terrible & the worker hung up on me instead of trying to answer my questions about filing for a new card. Sad that every location in Tulsa, Muskogee & now okmulgee has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do your job.

There is a male individual at this Social Security Administration that needs to be promptly fired. I came in to get a Social Security Number, he took my passport and green card and after waiting three weeks I still had not received my card. During the whole process, he was suppose taking a personal call and never even formally gave me an interview (which is suppose to take place when applying for a social security for the first time). I called and turns out that he sent the work to be done it Tulsa. The kicker is that he did not send my application, nor did he send anything but a scanned photo of my passport and green-card. There were no instructions on what to do with these documents, so the SSA in Tulsa trashed them. I called back to Okmulgee after getting all of this settled and I get the same individual on the phone. When asked what happened, he says he was just doing his job and felt no remorse that he caused a month's work of waiting to turn into a 5 month long venture. Absolutely despicable of a person. Should not be working a government job that people are reliant on.

Canu2019t even get them on the phone. Make you go through the worlds worst phone tree and listen to elevator music for 15 minutes before they just hang up on you. Itu2019s like they donu2019t exist? Canu2019t just show up without an appointment and you canu2019t even get them to answer the phone so you can MAKE and appointment. Iu2019ve called 6 times in the last few days and havenu2019t gotten a single live human being on the phone. Wish I could give zero stars for being an embarrassment to the community.

Do not go there, these people dont know what their doing. The only guy they had at the window had a major attitude and didnt want to listen to help. If you need something done go to Tulsa. You may have to wait little longer in Tulsa but it will get done. Okmulgee needs training in customer service and knowledge of their job.

We had gone to Tulsa SS office and it was so crowded. We would of been there hours. So we took the short drive to Oklmugee and we were there only 30 min. It was great! And they are so friendly and very helpful!!

After waiting on hold for 30 minutes, a female representative was so rude. I mean really rude. You would of thought she was on hold for 30 minutes instead of me.
